  I was waiting for a package to arrive and decided to check the tracking #..the USPS web site told me the package was at the post office since 3/19/14..today is 3/22/14..this package contains precious metals and was supposed to require a signature..I went to the window at about 11:30 am and asked about my package and said that the tracking number said it had been there since the 19th. I found the clerk to be somewhat rude and indifferent..After some searching he put a package on the counter and said " Is that it ?" ..Yes it was...I was offered no explanation and I asked if I needed to sign for it because I knew this package required a signature, he just said "no ,somebody already signed for it " Huh??....that was it I took my very expensive First Class package ( return service requested ) and signature required and left.I wonder how long I would still be waiting for this package...not impressed....don't like your job ? STAY HOME.......

  This post office is constantly delivering the wrong mail to the wrong address, losing packages and leaving outgoing mail in the mailbox because there isn't any new mail going in. Any time I have called to ask about our service the person on the phone can't even figure out which route I'm on. No one knows what they are doing in the Meredith, NH Post Office. Update: a few weeks later... Another package lost, 2 days speaking to people that can't help.

  Our mail was delivered at 8:30 PM on 8/7.!! We get other people's mail quite often. I'm thinking our regular carrier is on vacation or something. They need sub. training.
